Meet the team

David, in the butchers trade for 36 years and his wife Kate have worked hard and passionately together to build a vision to offer customers the best the craft of butchery has to offer.
Now with their eldest son Tom onboard from a Chef background, the Goff family are pushing the vision even further with forward thinking ideas to cater for todays customers.

We are a little village shop but have gained a reputation over 35 years for superb quality meat and a friendly personal service welcoming customers near and far.
